Featured Speaker: Tasha Doucas

About Tasha Doucas
Caregiver Coach and Advocate, Speaker
Tasha has a background in education and has an aptitude for understanding technology and business process workflows. Having worked in Healthcare systems, Tasha leveraged her combined skillsets to support her in her Caregiving journey.
Early on in her teaching studies, Tasha was drawn to working with and supporting the parents of Autistic children and those with special needs. When both of her parents were diagnosed a month apart with varying forms of Cancer, this challenged Tasha to utilize her skills to the maximum. These events catapulted her to quickly learn more about health and wellness and she built a team of resources and a network to support her in creating healthier habits and building resilience as a Caregiver. Working in the healthcare system helped her understand a better way to navigate not only the healthcare of her loved ones but advocate for others as well as her own health needs.
For the past eight years, Tasha has been the primary Caregiver for her mother who suffered from Dementia. She is currently the Primary Caregiver for her son diagnosed with ADHD.
Her mission is to educate and empower others to bring selfcare into their daily practice, bringing more joy, time, and presence into how they care for themselves as well as others, enhancing not only their lives but the lives of those they support.
